This is the first Big Green market and it will also incorporate a recycling roadshow on Friday 17th promoting recycling, composting and energy efficiency as well as tree giveaways to encourage planting...

Stalls include:
- ethically traded crafts, clothes and accessories,
- organic fruit and vegetables (Sun & Mon),
- recycling bins from the UK's largest provider,
- locally produced aberdeen angus, plants,
- eco friendly gifts for adults and children,
- compostable cards,
- turtle friendly bags,
-perennial plant stall and tree giveaways with Northdale Horticulture (Friday only)
- aromatherapy solutions for keeping children's hair nit free and more....

This market is part of a summer market spectacular which will celebrate te completion of a multi million project to develop the town centre - events include a children's fair, face painting, street theatre, entertainers and musicians as well as a 4 day markets festival.
