What is NOT included in the price
Gazebo & Umbrella stands – we have a small no of these which we can hire for an additional daily rate (otherwise we can provide info on hire companies) and some events have a marquee
Lighting and electrical equipment
Stall furniture – tables, stands, shelving, flooring

Marquee spaces YORK
We are able to offer trestle table hire for marquee stallholders
at £20/event (these are app 6ft long)

Packaging
The Big Green market a plastic bag free zone - paper,
compostablebags or recycled bags welcome

Overnight security
We hire professional overnight security services for our events
- suitable for gazebos and low value items
- we cannot be held responsible for any damage/losses

Public Liability Insurance
All stallholders need public liability insurance
Best place to get insurance is The National Federation of Market Traders

Electrical equipment
Please use energy efficient bulbs. All equipment should be PAT
tested.
